Training

taught on your codebase

Every course below is run against your own systems, by the same people who build ours. Delivered on site or remote, capped at twelve people so everyone gets their hands on the keyboard.

modern asp.net core

Minimal APIs, dependency injection, configuration, authentication with Entra ID, and the testing story that keeps it honest. Built against your own service, not a to-do list.

3 days

azure for .net teams

App Service and Container Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, managed identity, and what each one actually costs. Ends with your team deploying a real workload.

2 days

designing for delivery

Vertical slices, feature flags, trunk-based development, and the deployment pipeline that makes two-week increments boring instead of frightening.

2 days

ef core in anger

Query translation, change tracking, migrations against a live database, and the performance traps that only show up under load.

1 day

testing that survives

Unit, integration, and end-to-end with xUnit, Testcontainers, and Playwright. Where each one earns its runtime, and where it doesn't.

2 days

architecture review workshop

We read your system with your team in the room, surface the trade-offs already baked in, and leave you with a ranked list of what to change first.

1 day

how it runs

We spend a session with your leads beforehand, reading the code and picking the examples, so the exercises use your domain and your naming. Days are roughly a third explanation and two thirds keyboard time.

Afterwards you keep the exercise repository, the recordings, and a short written summary of what came up that we think you should act on. Teams often turn that summary into the next engagement.

Team size, experience level, and what you need them doing differently in three months. We'll suggest a shape and a date.
